NSR Mosler one of the fastest slotcars you can buy

Hey guys,I redently purchased the Arc Air which I'm happy with but have issues with my NSR Scalextric and Carrera cas work fine but

As per title, Do NSR cars work on a scalextric tracks? I'm asking as they draw more power, would I need to upgrade the power supply? Thanks!
